The first North Tottenham Safety and Wellbeing event will take place on Friday 9 December at the Eric Allin Centre, Kenneth Robbins House, Northumberland Grove, London N17 0QA.
This event has been organised by Haringey Council in partnership with the Bridge Renewal Trust, to bring together residents and stakeholders of all Northumberland Park Estates to create awareness around their safety and well-being. It will showcase the work of all the diverse voluntary and community groups operating and impacting the lives of residents in north Tottenham.
The newly recruited Safety Champions will be on hand to introduce themselves and will be signposting on the day. They will be teaming up with Haringey Volunteers to conduct a “Community Clear up” at 10.30am before the event commences at 12 noon.
A highlight of the day will be representatives and champions creating a buzz and signing up prospective members of the soon to be implemented “Social Supermarket” scheme coming to the Eric Allin Centre in 2017.
