The Bridge Renewal Trust is an exciting and rapidly growing charity and social enterprise that aims to improve the health and wellbeing of Haringey residents. Our services include whole health, community empowerment, management of community facilities and Haringey Council’s official ‘Strategic Partner’ to develop the capacity of the local voluntary and community sector.
We are currently recruiting a Finance and Monitoring Manager to have responsibility for the day to day accounting and financial management of the Bridge and its trading arm. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will work closely with Trustees and other senior managers to support the strategic growth of the organisation. You will also take the lead in monitoring of services and projects to ensure compliance with our charitable objects and contractual obligations.
We are looking for someone who is: a fully qualified CCAB accountant or a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role; at least 3 years’ financial management and accounting experience including providing payroll services; strong knowledge of SORP, charity law and VAT; knowledge of CRM systems and demonstrable understanding of project monitoring; and self-starter, creative, innovative and excellent problem solving skills.
